Website terms of use

1. Introduction

These terms of use govern the use of the website mojflet.si (hereinafter: the website) and the services offered through it by MOJFLET d.o.o., Hudourniška pot 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 8702675000, VAT ID SI84121475 (hereinafter: the provider). By using the website the user confirms that they are familiar with these terms and accept them. The provider may amend the terms; the current version is always published on this page together with its effective date.

2. Users and availability

A user is any person who visits the website. The website is generally available at all times; the provider reserves the right to interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons and is not liable for outages caused by network providers, third parties or force majeure.

3. Content and informative nature

The content on the website (service descriptions, articles in the Tips section, project presentations, items in the showroom) is for information only. It does not constitute an offer within the meaning of contract law; only the written quote prepared by the provider after a site visit is binding. Project photos show completed projects; the fittings and materials shown are not necessarily part of the standard offer.

4. Enquiries and renovation quotes

Through the "Send an enquiry" form the user provides the provider with details of the desired renovation. The site visit and preparation of the quote are free of charge. The provider does not guarantee a response time; the date of the site visit is agreed by phone or email. The quote, schedule, price and terms of execution are agreed in a written works contract; these terms do not govern the execution of building and trade works.

5. "Property viewing with a buyer" service

5.1 The service comprises: the presence of the provider's representative at the viewing of a property the user intends to buy (usually 60–90 minutes), an inspection of the visible condition of the building, installations and available documentation, and a written report with an indicative estimate of renovation costs by trade.

5.2 The price of the service is €350 including VAT for an apartment of up to 100 m² in Ljubljana and its surroundings. For houses, larger properties or remote locations the price is agreed in advance. The price is paid after the viewing on the basis of an invoice. If the user orders the renovation from the provider after the purchase, the price of the viewing is deducted from the value of the renovation.

5.3 The report is an expert opinion on the visible condition of the property on the day of the viewing, based on a non-destructive inspection and the documentation available. It is not a property valuation within the meaning of valuation regulations, it is not construction supervision and it does not replace an inspection by a licensed structural engineer, an expert witness or legal advice. The renovation cost estimate is indicative and is not an offer.

5.4 The provider is not liable for hidden defects that could not be identified without opening up structures or installations or without documentation, nor for the user's decision on the purchase, negotiation or financing.

5.5 The service is not real estate brokerage. If the user wishes brokerage, a separate brokerage contract is concluded under the General terms of business for real estate brokerage.

5.6 Cancellation: the user may cancel the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. For later cancellation, or if the viewing cannot take place for reasons on the side of the user or the seller, the provider may charge the actual travel costs and time.

5.7 In a distance contract a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act; if the consumer expressly requests performance of the service before the end of that period and the service is performed in full, the right of withdrawal lapses.

6. Showroom

The items shown in the Showroom section are samples that can be viewed in the showroom at Hudourniška pot 2, Ljubljana, by prior appointment. Prices are not published on the website; the provider prepares a quote for materials and, on request, installation on the basis of an enquiry. The brands shown are the property of their owners. The website is not an online shop; no orders or payments can be placed through it.

7. Client portal

The MojFlet portal is intended for clients with a signed works contract. Access is granted on signing the contract; use of the portal is governed by separate portal terms of use, which the client accepts on first login.

8. Copyright and trademarks

The content of the website (texts, photographs, graphics, logo) is the copyrighted work of the provider or its partners. It may not be copied, published or used for commercial purposes without written permission; quoting with a link to the website is permitted. Project photographs are published with the clients' consent. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the website (manufacturers of materials and equipment) are the property of their owners.

9. Links to other websites and social networks

The website may contain links to third-party websites (social networks, manufacturers, maps, video content). The provider is not responsible for their content or for the processing of data on them.

10. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), as described in the Privacy policy. The use of cookies is governed by the Cookie policy.

11. Limitation of liability

The provider strives for the accuracy of the published information but is not liable for damage arising from the use of information from the website, from the unavailability of the website or from errors of third parties, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints are accepted at info@mojflet.si or by post to the provider's registered office and are handled within the statutory time limit. The provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent to resolve a dispute that a consumer could initiate under the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes. The court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction over disputes; the law of the Republic of Slovenia applies.
