When renovating a house, the roof is the first thing to sort out – everything you do in the attic and on the façade depends on the roof being watertight. We inspect the covering, roof structure and insulation, replace worn parts and install a new covering with the matching sheet metal work.
Because the same team also does the attic, façade and windows, the junctions between roof, roof windows and façade are executed as one, without later patching.

Frequently asked questions
Does the roof structure also need replacing when the roof is renovated?
Not always. We inspect the structure when the covering is removed; we replace only damaged or worn elements and keep the sound structure.
Which roof covering suits my house?
It depends on the roof pitch, the existing structure and the look of the surroundings. Clay and concrete tiles are the most common, metal roofing is lighter and suitable for lower pitches. We advise at the site visit.
Can you do the roof and façade together?
Yes – that is the most sensible, because the junctions between roof, eaves and façade are done in one piece. The scaffolding is put up once for both jobs.
How long does replacing a house roof take?
For an average single-family house usually a few weeks, depending on the extent of work on the structure and the weather. You receive a schedule with the quote.
