When renovating an apartment or house we install complete new wiring, a distribution board, lighting and carry out testing with a certificate of conformity; in new builds we work with the designer from the first phase. We install TEM, Čatež, Vimar and other equipment that you choose in our showroom.

KNX smart installation
Lighting, blinds, heating and security on one system. KNX is an open standard that works without the internet or subscriptions – the wall switches work as always, with an app on top. In a renovation we install it together with the new wiring.
Frequently asked questions
Does the whole electrical installation need replacing in a renovation?
In apartments built before 1990 almost always – aluminium conductors, no earthing, too few circuits. If you are opening up the floors and walls anyway, this is the cheapest moment. We check the condition at the free site visit.
What is KNX and how does it differ from smart devices from the shop?
KNX is an open standard for building automation: a wired system supported by more than 500 manufacturers that works without the internet or subscriptions. Smart plugs and bulbs are tied to one manufacturer's app and Wi-Fi.
Can a smart home be installed in stages?
Yes. During the renovation we lay the KNX bus to every room; you start with lighting and blinds, for example, and add heating, security or ventilation later without cutting into walls.
Do I receive test results and documentation?
Yes – on completion we carry out the measurements and issue a certificate of conformity and a board diagram, which you need for your insurer or occupancy permit.
