Plumbing and HVAC in a renovation
Water supply, drains, heating and cooling are hidden in the floors and walls – so it makes sense to replace them while these are open. During the renovation we replace old pipework, prepare connections for the new bathroom and kitchen, lay underfloor heating and install a heat pump or air conditioning.

Eko sklad subsidy
A heat pump and heat-recovery ventilation can be part of an energy retrofit co-financed by the Slovenian Eco Fund (Eko sklad). We carry out the work in line with their requirements and advise you; approval is decided by Eko sklad.
Frequently asked questions
Can underfloor heating be installed in an apartment block?
Yes, if the floor height allows – a wet system needs about 6–8 cm, dry systems are thinner. We check at the site visit.
Heat pump or air conditioning for heating an apartment?
For an apartment with central heating, air conditioning is often enough for supplementary heating and cooling. A heat pump pays off in houses and apartments with their own heat source. We prepare a calculation for your property.
Do you handle the Eko sklad subsidy?
We prepare the documentation you need for the application (quote, technical data of the unit, invoice). You submit the application yourself or with a partner.
What about the warranty on the equipment?
The equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, the installation ours. We commission the units and, by agreement, service them regularly.
